Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect Today

At this stage, the Nonaym website is informational.

The current public website does not have an active customer account system, checkout system, payment system, or live product download.

The current public website does not have an active reviewed /api/leads backend in the production repository.

Some forms on the website may appear as placeholders while online request processing is being prepared. These forms are not approved as a live customer intake system yet.

2. Email Contact

You may contact Nonaym by email at contact@nonaym.ai.

If you email us, we may receive your email address, your name if included, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to send.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry and answer product questions from individual senders.

Emails sent to contact@nonaym.ai are routed via Cloudflare Email Routing as part of our email infrastructure.

Email is not a secure channel for sending credentials or highly sensitive information. Do not send passwords, router credentials, payment information, private network details, IP addresses, serial numbers, API keys, or other sensitive information by email unless we provide a specific secure process for that purpose.

3. Information We May Collect in the Future

In the future, Nonaym may add a reviewed contact form, waitlist form, quote request form, or product-interest form.

If that happens, we may ask for basic contact and inquiry information, such as your name, email address, product interest, use case, message, and consent acknowledgment.

The exact fields may vary depending on the form and will be reviewed before public use.

We will not collect phone numbers without explicit consent and a clearly disclosed purpose.

4. Test Data

Nonaym has used test records while developing lead intake workflows.

Those test records are not production customer records and should not be treated as live customer data.

Before Nonaym enables real public lead collection, the lead intake process must be separately reviewed and approved.

5. Information We Do Not Want You To Send

Please do not send:

• passwords
• router credentials
• Wi-Fi passwords
• payment card information
• bank information
• full home address unless specifically requested for a real order or shipment
• public IP addresses
• internal/LAN IP addresses
• router serial numbers
• private network diagrams
• private keys
• API keys
• Cloudflare tokens
• Tailscale details
• Okta details
• admin credentials

6. How We Use Information

We may use information you provide to respond to your inquiry, answer product questions, understand individual product-interest messages you send to us, improve website wording and product planning, handle privacy or deletion requests, and prevent misuse or abuse of the website.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Service Providers

Nonaym uses third-party service providers to operate the website and related services.

Known providers currently include Cloudflare Pages for website hosting, Cloudflare for DNS, Cloudflare Email Routing for email routing, and Cloudflare R2 as a possible future/test storage provider.

When a third party processes personal data on our behalf, we use contractually required data processing agreements or provider terms intended to protect that information.

Future providers may be added for email, forms, payments, analytics, product downloads, or customer support. This Privacy Policy should be updated before those systems are used for real customer intake.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The current Nonaym website does not intentionally use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising pixels, or analytics tools.

If Nonaym adds analytics, cookies, tracking pixels, advertising pixels, or similar tools in the future, this policy should be updated to explain what is used and why.

9. Payments and Orders

Nonaym does not currently operate a live checkout or payment flow on the public website.

If payments are added later, payment processing should be handled by a reviewed third-party payment provider. The payment provider’s privacy policy would apply to payment information processed through that provider.

Nonaym should not collect or store credit card numbers directly on the website.

10. Data Retention

Current test records should be deleted when no longer needed or within 30 days.

If real lead intake is enabled in the future, real lead inquiries may be retained up to 12 months after the last inquiry.

Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days.

Before real public lead collection goes live, Nonaym must define and document the retention enforcement method, such as an R2 lifecycle rule, scheduled cleanup, or documented manual cleanup process.

11. Security

Nonaym is being built with privacy and security in mind, but no website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not send sensitive information unless we provide a specific secure process for that information.

In the event of a confirmed data breach affecting personal information, we will notify affected individuals via the contact information they provided, where feasible, within 72 hours of confirmation.

12. Children

Nonaym is not directed to children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may contact us to ask what information you previously sent to us, request deletion of your inquiry, ask questions about this Privacy Policy, or request that we stop contacting you.

Where applicable, you may have rights under data protection laws, such as the right to access, correct, or delete personal information.

Users in California may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale of personal information.

Users in the EEA or UK may have rights under GDPR or UK GDPR.

Nonaym does not sell personal information.

14. International and Cloud Provider Processing

Nonaym uses cloud service providers to operate the website and related services.

Our cloud service providers may operate servers in the United States and other jurisdictions where those providers maintain operational infrastructure.

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK Extension to the Standard Contractual Clauses, provider data processing terms, or other lawful transfer mechanisms where applicable.

We do not promise a specific storage location unless it has been separately verified.

15. Changes to This Policy

Nonaym may update this Privacy Policy as the product, website, and customer intake process develop.

The effective date should be updated when changes are published.
